Pharmacists may have manufactured the products prescribed by Mierlo Hout pharmacy as well and can hand them over to their patients. However, we also need the original prescription then.
According to Dutch law Mierlo Hout pharmacy is regarded as a supplying-pharmacy. From that we have to know all patient information. The colleague who received the products (by bill), is responsible for its contents and delivery. However, Mierlo Hout pharmacy as a supplying pharmacy is responsible for the quality of the goods and charges them to the colleague.
Since the 6th November 2001 enclosure notes with further product information to the individual products have been attached in the doctor‘s section of the homepage. |
